Recruitive develops WordPress plug-in
Users of Recruitive’s software solutions can take advantage of the plug-in to easily post vacancies to their own website at the same time as posting to other platforms, including job boards and social media sites.
Conor Crutchley, Recruitive’s senior developer, commented, “Statistics recently released by W3Tech suggests that 25% of all websites are now powered by WordPress. It was therefore a priority for us to develop our plug-in to enable clients to make the most of their websites for recruitment purposes.”
Recruitive’s marketing manager, Sarah Dickens, said that advertising job vacancies on your own website offers a free source of candidates, emphasising, “Recruiters that are not posting jobs to their own websites could be missing out on proactive candidates who are actively searching for their company, on the internet, to see if they have any vacancies.”
Dickens explained that the new plug-in can be personalised for each website, providing more interactivity for candidates. She added, “It is also responsive to mobile compatible sites so the adverts look great whatever device they are being viewed on.”
