Recruitment app seeks candidate for exclusive opportunity at LOreal
In a bid to discover the next generation of business professionals, L’Oreal UK and Ireland and graduate recruitment app, Debut.careers, are hosting an exclusive competition where entrants will take part in an exciting marketing challenge in order to win a goody bag worth over £100 and experience a mock interview at the L’Oreal head offices in London.
To enter the competition, candidates will be required to devise an innovative new product they think would be perfect for L’Oréal UK and Ireland, appealing to their target consumers across one, or more, of their 32 international brands.
The competition starts on 25th November on L’Oréal UK and Ireland and Debut's twitter pages (https://twitter.com/debutcareers and https://twitter.com/LOrealGradJobs). All candidates will need to enter through L'Oreal's UK & Ireland Graduates Twitter page with the hashtag #LOrealDebut. The competition closes at midnight on 2nd December, which is when the winner will be decided. They will then be invited to L’Oréal UK and Ireland for their mock-interview and to collect their goody bag.
Charles Taylor, CEO of Debut commented, “Finding a career can be a stressful experience, so competitions and games can make that experience a little more enjoyable. L'Oréal UK and Ireland have a very competitive graduate recruitment scheme so this is an amazing opportunity for graduates and students to show the company their entrepreneurial flair – an attribute that L'Oréal recruiters look for globally – and get rewarded with a fast-tracked application.”
L'Oreal UK & Ireland graduate recruitment lead commented on the competition, “Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at L’Oréal UK and Ireland, including how we recruit for future talent, which is why we’re working with Debut on this app and competition. It’s a way for us to reach out to more passive candidates who may not be aware of the extent of our business, our 32 international brands, and the variety of exciting career opportunities we offer in UK and Ireland.”
