Your views on assessment wanted for global survey

The company’s Assessment Barometer study, conducted every two years, provides a global snapshot of the key issues and trends in psychometric assessment, offering insights into its role and value and the specific challenges that HR practitioners, hiring managers and L&D teams face when selecting and developing talent. 

cut-e’s 2013 study - which drew 2,500 respondents across 25 countries - highlighted the increased use of assessment for developing staff, the growth of competency-based recruitment and the rise of big data and talent analytics. 

“By taking part in this year’s survey, you’ll receive a full report on the global findings plus a separate country-specific report detailing the UK data with interpretations, insights and international comparisons,” said Achim Preuss, Managing Director of cut-e. “These reports will give you a greater understanding of how you can make better informed decisions on selection, development, succession planning and staff retention.”
