Antal International opens five offices in December
So far this year, the company have opened 27 offices around the world, including nine franchise offices in India.
Doug Bugie, president of the Antal Network, said, “The market has never been more optimistic and Antal is ideally positioned as a recruitment platform capable of global reach, successfully operating in many markets as the clear leader.
“Our plan for 2016 is to open 45 more offices and we will achieve this.”
The owners of the new Antal franchises will operate within a variety of sectors, including FMCG, luxury goods, packaging, chemicals, engineering, energy, manufacturing and automotive industries.
Antal has provided the following profiles for its new franchise owners.
Philippe Tarassoff – Paris and Montpellier
With 30 years of experience in the FMCG and luxury goods sector, Tarassoff has been in charge of various functions both in France and on the international stage. He has managed teams of more than 750 people over the last 20 years, and has held the position of managing director and country manager for the world leader of cosmetics.
Tarassoff has a wealth of experience in human resources, which he used to develop optimal structures for organisations, as well as the recruitment of motivated teams. Antal believe his knowledge is a real asset to help find the best profiles for companies wishing to develop themselves in France and on the international stage.
Arnaud Sportouch & Jane Deng – Paris
Sportouch and Deng will be working as a team focusing on recruitment in chemicals, engineering, energy and manufacturing industries, covering all operational functions.
Deng has a marketing MBA and a masters degree in polymer science. She also has ten years’ working experience in the chemical industry in both Shanghai and Paris. Sportouch has an engineering degree in plastic / thermo set process, as well as an executive business program in marketing & strategy at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. With more than 25 years in the international chemical industry as a global business director, he has extensive experiences in leadership, strategy, business development, marketing & sales in different regions.
Peter Schumann – Cologne
Schumann joins Antal International Network with 35 years’ experience in the plastic sector. He has worked for several plastic machinery companies and resin manufacturers, such as Eastman Chemical, General Electric and La Seda de Barcelona. Schumann will now apply his industry knowledge with a focus on recruitment services for the plastic business in general, plastic packaging, rigid packaging and plastics in the automotive industry.
Imo Etuk – London
Etuk is a senior executive with extensive experience and demonstrated knowledge in all aspects of domestic and international banking operations. He is proficient in managing multiple operational and financial programs and initiatives. He excels in engaging with key stakeholders at all levels. Etuk has a strong ability to assess services and support. Antal says he possesses an excellent relationship capability with diverse individuals (and multi-disciplined teams), while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
Latifa El Batal - Casablanca
El Batal is a purchasing strategist, quality assurance specialist and management executive, with an extensive experience in broad based competencies, such as staff development and training, team performance management, purchasing, logistics skills, lean quality control and process technology development. El Batal is an executive with over 20 years of experience in innovative oversight of teams and technology. She has recruited, trained, led, and developed strong teams assuring profitable and sustainable businesses. She will be developing the Antal brand across Northern Africa and further afield, helping clients source the right people for their key projects.
