ARM employee wins ‘Recruitment Apprentice of the Year’ at REC IRP Awards
ARM’s Cassie Moore was awarded the ‘Recruitment Apprentice of the Year’ award at the REC IRP Awards in London on Wednesday night.
Having won the award, Moore, from the oil & gas team, said, “I am only months away from completing my apprenticeship so winning ‘Recruitment Apprentice of the Year’ is the final icing on the cake. Three years ago I couldn't even imagine attending, let alone winning an award at such a high profile event for our industry. I would also like to say well done to all the other entrants who attended – there really has been a huge amount of impressive talent from the recruitment industry involved this evening!”
ARM IBE’s Ulrika Lawrence was also shortlisted for ‘Recruitment Apprentice of the Year’ at the awards. Lawrence said, “I am delighted to see Cassie win, she has worked extremely hard and I can’t think of anyone more deserving. I am also absolutely over the moon that I’ve been nominated for this award, especially considering the calibre of recruiters in the same category - I feel honoured to have been considered for this accolade. It was definitely a night to remember!”
The company also had three other finalists in the awards. Their training and development teams were in the running for the ‘Advocate Company of the Year’ and ‘Best People Development Business Award’ categories, whilst Adam Razzell reached the shortlist for ‘Temporary Consultant of the Year’.
