Beepjob unveils new brand

On the heels of its fourth anniversary, Beepjob has unveiled a new brand identity.


The job board, which has more than one million registered job seekers in France and 235,000 in the UK, has revealed its new design and services.


Beepjob say that the increase in smartphone usage has created a massive audience of potential job-seekers to address. As a consequence, the company has developed a completely responsive website, which will be accessible on every device: computer, tablet or smartphone.


Audren De Valbray, Beepjob’s co-founder, said, “We want to make job hunting easier and more engaging for candidates with a simple yet complete product. We centered development on user experience with a completely new dashboard that will beneficiate both recruiters and job seekers.”


Once logged in, candidates and recruiters will discover a brand new dashboard with innovative new services.


With this new website version, Beepjob includes a real hiring management software to help SMEs streamline their recruitment process. Beepjob is one of the first job boards to include such services in France and in the UK.


Pierre Doublet, Beepjob’s co-founder, stated, “We want to offer recruiters the same features used by large companies including: branded career page, candidate management and tracking system, and many others. Moreover, we are currently developing new service which will be unveiled in the following months.”


New features will progressively be integrated during 2016, through intern development and strategic partnership with innovative HR startups.


Aside from SMEs, Beepjob has also focused its development on large companies, with a particular focus on employer branding. Key accounts will be able to feed their career page with news, videos, and pictures, in order to show potential candidates a picture of the company culture and the employer brand.


Alexandre Barat, Beepjob France’s business development manager, said, “Our structure gives us a large flexibility to offer tailored solutions for our key accounts. Indeed our first results show the high interest recruiters have for our innovative solutions tailored to their needs.”
