David Burton to take on lead role at Wilton & Bain
He will also take a lead role in developing the international advisory boutique’s executive search arm, where his initial focus will be to help expand the firm’s Global Professional and IT Services Practice.
Burton has over 25 years' experience in executive search with a focus on management and technology consulting, technology services and systems integration, Big Four accounting, tax and advisory, business services and legal.
He has successfully completed numerous international assignments, typically at managing partner/ partner and EVP/SVP/VP levels across multiple industry sectors and functions.
Before joining Wilton & Bain, Burton spent eight years with global search firm CTPartners where he was European Head of Professional & Technology Services and latterly a member of the firm's global leadership team. Prior to this, he spent 11 years with Korn Ferry, where he was Senior Client Partner in the firm's Global Technology & Professional Services Practice.
David is an economics graduate of the University of Wales and spent three years with Arthur Andersen post-graduation before entering the search industry.
