Global Talent Competitiveness Index to take place in January
INSEAD, Adecco and Singapore's Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) have announced they will launch the third edition of their Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) event.
The event will take place on Tuesday 19th January 2016, at the Kirchner Museum in Davos, Switzerland.
The event is an annual benchmarking study that measures the ability of countries to compete for talent. Designed as a practical tool for governments, businesses and non-profit organisations, the GTCI ranks over 100 economies according to their ability to develop, attract and retain talent.
At this event, the focus will be on the issue of international mobility and its impact on talent competitiveness. This aims to tie in with the overall WEF 2016 theme: 'Mastering the Fourth Industrial Revolution'.
The event will feature global talent experts and talent mobility advocates discussing the GTCI's findings, including the role of superior management practice in attracting talent, the value of mobility to tackle the challenges of ageing, skills shortages and unemployment, the emergence of new talent magnets, and the notion of 'brain circulation'.
