NRL celebrates employee service
NRL’s Wigan branch recently celebrated a milestone reached by staff member Debbie Power, who completed her 15th year of service with the company in October.
Power joined as one of the first recruiters to the Wigan branch in 2000 and has been with the company ever since. In her role as a senior recruitment consultant, the company says that Power has been an integral part of the Wigan branch’s growth throughout the years.
Power’s achievement was celebrated in the Wigan branch where she was presented with a bouquet of flowers and a certificate signed by director Greg Compton. She will also be the first member of staff to take advantage of the long service awards that form a part of NRL’s new employee benefits scheme, Benefit Select.
For her 15 years of service, Power will be awarded a three-night stay in a European destination, as well as £400 worth of meals & drinks allowance and two additional days’ annual leave.
Compton commented, “Debbie’s award is a testament to her hard work, commitment and dedication. She works to an extremely high standard and both myself and Debbie’s colleagues are extremely proud of her accomplishment. We are delighted to be able to recognise and reward feats like this through our Benefit Select scheme and eagerly await the chance to celebrate the achievements of all our staff members moving forward.”
