TeamJobs named Dorset's Company of the Year
TeamJobs' victory was announced in front of a 700-strong audience at the Bournemouth International Centre, where TV celebrity chef Rick Stein was a VIP guest.
Jason Gault, managing director, accepted the award from sponsors Santander bank and law firm Lester Aldridge.
Runners up were C4L and Greendale Construction.
Gault said, "I am ecstatic that TeamJobs has received this award. We were amongst the cream of the county's businesses fighting it out in 11 categories.
"To be recognised by the judges for our strong sales growth, dedication to excellence and outstanding financial record is the perfect reward for the last 14 years of hard work."
TeamJobs has 24 employees, who handle all types of positions from short-term unskilled roles to highly-skilled permanent roles.
This summer, the company’s hospitality division opened a new office in Bournemouth.
Gault said, "I accepted this award on behalf of 24 talented recruitment specialists, all of whom have played a part in the company's success.
"We will now be celebrating and using our wonderful new title to take TeamJobs to even greater heights in 2016 and beyond."
Now in its tenth year, the Dorset Business Awards are organised by Dorset Chamber of Commerce & Industry every entrant faces a rigorous judging process by a minimum of three impartial judges, who are chosen for their knowledge of and relevance to the award category.
