Vacancy Filler ranked in 2015 Deloitte Technology Fast 50
Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over the last four years and Vacancy Filler grew 546% during this period.
Vacancy Filler’s sales director, Tony Brookes, credits flexibility of its product and customer service with the company’s significant revenue growth. He said, “Our cutting-edge recruitment software doesn’t just save time and money for clients, it also strengthens their brands by improving the candidate’s experience.
“Recruitment becomes more automated, faster and collaborative between all areas of a business. This is important in a candidate’s market as we have today because quicker decision-making increases your chances of getting the right candidates on board.”
As a cloud-based recruitment platform, the Vacancy Filler Software can be implemented quickly. The company estimates that the product delivers 80% of the functionality of a & lsquo;tier one’ recruitment software product, but at 20% of the cost.
Brooke added, “In Deloitte’s annual CEO survey it quoted & lsquo;a lack of new talent in the technology sector’ as the biggest threat to growth in the next 12 months. We certainly hope to be able to assist companies, such as those surveyed, with finding the talent that they so badly need.”
Vijay Thakrar, Technology, Media and Telecommunications partner for Deloitte in the Midlands commented, “The Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 is internationally recognised as being one of the most important business awards in the sector and because it measures sustained revenue growth over four years, being ranked within it is a truly impressive achievement. Vacancy Filler deserves a lot of credit for its remarkable growth.”
Deloitte’s ranking of the 50 fastest growing UK technology companies generated over £820m in total annual revenues in the year 2014/15, employing more than 7,400 people and recorded an average four-year growth rate of 1,883%, according to the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50.
