Gemini People receives Best Companies 3-star Accreditation
Gemini People has received a 3-star accreditation for the second year running, being recognised as an exceptional employer.
Gemini was rated as the eighth Best Small Company To Work For in 2015.
The Best Companies accreditation survey places great emphasis on the views of employees, with the ranking being awarded based on the scores achieved from feedback on areas such as, personal growth, wellbeing, giving back, belonging and leadership. In particular, this years’ survey revealed that employees strongly believe in Gemini People’s vision, values and purpose; CEO, Michelle Watson and the senior management and management teams.
Watson commented, “Being recognised as one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to work for, and achieving the top accreditation of three stars for the second year running is a phenomenal achievement. I’m extremely proud to be part of a company that has developed a diverse and gender-balanced workplace and has such a unique and inspiring culture; where our employees feel that they are treated fairly, rewarded and are happy. We are committed to investing in our employees and will continue to look for ways to improve our employee engagement.”
Jo Jewitt, operations director, said, “Knowing that our employees share our vision for the company’s future, and believe that Gemini helps them grow not only their careers but also personally is incredible. The next stage of our exciting journey is to continue to invest in our employees and motivate them to build long lasting partnerships with our clients and candidates. We will continue to improve our processes and look for ways in which we can continue to make sure all our employees are happy people.”
