Hanover Search Group appoints asset management researcher
Hanover Search Group (HSG) has appointed George Davis as researcher.
Davis’ career has been within buy side recruitment. Throughout this time, HSG say he has successfully conducted multiple mandates across compliance, finance, operations and latterly more of a focus on distribution mandates across EMEA. At HSG, Davis will be focussing on further enhancing the asset management offering inside and outside the functionalities previously serviced by the team.
Prior to joining HSG, Davis worked for a London boutique recruitment firm specialising in asset management, partnering mainly with small to mid-sized clients. From there he moved on to a global recruitment firm to focus on asset management distribution, working with much larger organisations and assisting with key hires across EMEA.
Davis will report to group director, Paul Groarke.
Groarke said, “Hanover Search Group has a 20-year history in the asset management search market and we are very proud to represent some of the most successful brands in the marketplace. We want to build on this history and pedigree and George represents further personnel investment in one of our core markets. I am very pleased to welcome George into the asset management team.”
