Hyperion wins engineering contract with ULEMCo
Hyperion Executive Search has been retained by ULEMCo, a company that specialises in converting commercial vehicles to run on hydrogen.
ULEMCo, one of a small number of firms in the world with the capability to retrofit diesel vehicles, is recruiting a senior engineer to take responsibility for a number of exciting projects.
Hyperion has been hired to fill this appointment and further roles into ULEMCo’s technology team over the coming months.
ULEMCo recently secured a further £400,000 investment from the North West Fund for Energy & Environmental, which it says will help it exploit opportunities for its hydrogen diesel combustion technology in commercial vehicles.
ULEMCo is a spin-out from automotive design and consultancy firm Revolve Technologies. The company is led by managing director, Amanda Lyne, and technical director, Paul Turner.
David Hunt, managing partner of Liverpool- and London-based Hyperion, said, “ULEMCo is one of the most exciting companies operating in the clean energy / automotive sector and we are delighted to have been retained by them to grow their engineering team.”
