Liquid Personnel achieves ‘REC Audited’ status
Liquid Personnel has achieved ‘REC Audited’ status, joining a group of three UK recruitment consultancies holding both this accolade and the REC accreditation for qualifications.
The Manchester-based consultancy, which passed the audit with a score of 98%, received the notification today, having been accredited as a training provider for the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice last month.
The company used its ‘Liquid Academy’ to show it was training and developing staff to the regulator’s Level 3 standard. Through the program, Liquid Personnel is able to train and develop recruitment consultants to high standards, with qualification holders becoming eligible for full IRP status.
Speaking about the accreditation, Liquid’s recruitment director, Alison Humphries, said, “Scoring 98% on our first ever REC audit is a fantastic achievement and a testament to our skilled and dedicated team.
“Our learning and development program allows us to maintain best recruitment practice and awareness of the wider market, so we can offer the best possible service to clients and candidates.
“We are always striving for excellence at Liquid Personnel, and a huge part of that is make sure our new trainees and current staff have all available tools to develop and excel in their roles.”
