Oakleaf achieves British Assessment Bureau IS09001 registration
Oakleaf Partnership has achieved the internationally recognised Quality Management System IS09001.
IS09001, which was awarded and assessed by certification body, the British Assessment Bureau, was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate they are meeting the expectations and needs of their customers, whilst having a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement to their services. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
Nicola Grimshaw, CEO of Oakleaf, said, “We are delighted to have achieved this internationally-recognised standard, particularly because it demonstrates our commitment to our clients in providing an exceptional recruitment consultancy service, focusing on quality.”
Oakleaf has also recently announced record financial results for the year ended 31st March 2015. Its turnover increased by 47%, net fee income rose by 43% and profit before tax increased by 60%.
