Warren has been awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours List for her services to business.

On hearing she was about to receive the award, Warren said, “I am deeply honoured to receive such an endorsement for the power of living your values in business. I believe as a leader that you have to set the tone from the top as far as culture and values are concerned, and at Warren Partners we recruit to those values as well. We don’t just see recruitment as a process. We put our hearts and souls into it as we want to make a difference in the lives of the people and organisations we work with.”

Helen and Damian Broughton were awarded an MBE for their tireless commitment to the freelance worker community.

D. Broughton said, “It’s unbelievable to have had our names put forward and we are very honoured to have been considered.

“We’ve always worked hard to support our customers, partners, staff and the communities we live and work in and we reinvest our profits in them. We’re happy to be able to make a difference and to get this recognition is fantastic.”

H. Broughton commented, “It’s a bit unreal but we’re absolutely delighted to be getting this honour.

“We’ve always had a great affinity for the people we work with and the community we live in. We are both Lancashire bred and we love the people here – they are great fun and really down to earth.

“This honour is for everyone that works with us and we feel very lucky to be able to give something back.”
