RI adds another speaker to compliance conference line up

Recruitment International has confirmed Jeni Howard, business improvement manager at Scantec Personnel, as its latest speaker for its compliance conference on 8th March.


Howard has been in recruitment for six years. She is a PRINCE2 practitioner, lead auditor and is IOSH certified.


Her background is in process and performance improvement in the civil service and multi-national fields. Howard focusses on business process improvement, through compliance, business intelligence and tech projects.


Her specialism is in improving business performance. She says that compliance acts as the foundation that allows other improvements to be made.


The compliance conference, for compliance professionals within recruitment companies and managing directors of SMEs, will focus on unravelling and clarifying issues around the latest industry legislation, with plenty of advice and opinions on the hottest issues.


Other speakers include Julia Kermode, FCSA chief executive, Louise Rayner, founder of NumberMill Consulting & NumberMill Accounting and Adrian Marlowe, managing director of Lawspeed, chairman of ARC and director of SiR.
