SRi breaks into Canadian market
SRi, a firm that dedicated to the demand for executive and management talent in sports, media and entertainment, has announced its entrance into the Canadian market.
SRi say that sport in Canada has experienced significant growth in recent years and continues to increase in size, scope and sophistication. Canada provides access into the North American market and exposure to world-class sporting organisations at a professional, national and international level.
Entering the Canadian market allows the company, according to SRi, to utilise its strong international network and relationships to import and export talent.
Leading SRi’s Canadian practice will be Max Dawson. Dawson combines his previous experience working for a National Hockey League team, with a number of years consulting at one of Canada’s leading executive search firms. He commented, “I am excited to be joining the team at SRi. I pride myself on hard work, establishing strong relationships, high levels of client and candidate care and working as part of a team. I am really looking forward to helping provide high quality talent to the growing sports industry in Canada.”
SRi’s managing director, Jim Chaplin said, “SRi is proud to be expanding our team and network of international offices, through establishing a presence in Canada. We are delighted to have someone with the knowledge and experience of Max joining our team. His insight into the local market will be invaluable as we look to provide our Canadian clients and candidates with the best possible levels of service.”
