Equal Approach appoints non-executive director
The board of Equal Approach has appointed Susan Scott-Parker OBE as a non-executive director of the company, with effect from 1st March 2016.
Scott-Parker will support Equal Approach with the next phase of the company’s growth strategy in order continue to expand the delivery of diversity and inclusion solutions globally.
She is the founder and former CEO of the Business Disability Forum, which she established in 1991. The Business Disability Forum is focused on disability as it affects business, with over 350 members, including over 100 global companies, employing circa 20% of the UK workforce.
Most recently, she founded and is the CEO of ‘business disability international’ (bdi), a global business consortium, with the aim of enabling global businesses to become disability confident.
Scott-Parker also sits on the expert advisory panels of Workfocus (Australia) and the Essl Foundation (Vienna).
