Odgers Berndtson chairman joins graduate recruitment start-up

Richard Boggis-Rolfe, chairman of Odgers Berndtson, has joined TalentPool, a recruitment start-up for graduates, as non-executive director. His role will be to help guide the start-up graduate recruitment business and constructively assess and advise on its business plan as it continues its rapid growth.

Boggis-Rolfe commented, “TalentPool is positively disrupting the graduate recruitment industry. It brings new technology to recruitment, successfully matching graduates and businesses.
