RTM identified as a ‘Leader’ in NelsonHall MSP Report
RTM – formerly Rethink Talent Management - has been identified as a ‘Leader’ in the 2015 NelsonHall Managed Service Providers NEAT Report.
NelsonHall assessed and evaluated RTM’s proposition against demand for MSP services and identified RTM as a ‘Leader’ in the talent management market segment. The report provides detailed comparative evaluations which help sourcing executives to make quicker and more highly informed decisions around vendor shortlisting and selection.
Iain Blair, managing director of RTM, said, “We’re delighted to have been identified as a ‘Leader’ in the talent management market in NelsonHall’s NEAT report and it represents the fantastic work put in by everyone at RTM over the past year. Getting to this stage means passing a comprehensive process. We’ve submitted a significant amount of information while NelsonHall has also interviewed our senior team and a number of our clients. We’ve been something of a best kept secret in the talent management field, despite the fact that we have revenues of £65m and have grown 15% in the past year and this should help us to gain greater recognition. We believe this demonstrates our approach to delivering innovative and bespoke services is working and will enable us to grow further in the MSP services sector.”
NelsonHall HRO research director, Gary Bragar, also commented, “RTM provides RPO and MSP services to a number of long-term marquee clients. RTM was identified as a leader in NelsonHall’s 2015 MSP NEAT for talent management focus based on clients’ high rating of RTM’s ability to understand their wider talent needs.”
