Sellick Partnership achieves two awards
Sellick Partnership has been recognised for the second time in The London Stock Exchange’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report. The company has also retained the Investors in People (IIP) Silver award.
The London Stock Exchange’s ‘1000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report identifies the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) in UK. To be selected for the list, businesses had to demonstrate not only positive growth in revenue over the last four years, but also outperform sector peers.
Only 16% of UK employers are accredited with Investors in People, and the award is given following a comprehensive audit by Investor in People assessors who appraise a company’s performance and approach to its people through a number of key areas.
Jo Sellick, managing director of Sellick Partnership, commented, "I am thrilled that we have again received this accreditation, as it’s one that I believe really demonstrates our vision of ‘putting people first’. The success of Sellick Partnership is based on the people that we employ, so it's about creating an environment that individuals thrive in and are able to work to the best of their ability.
"As a business we are committed to high standards and these accolades demonstrate our reputation for excellence, innovation and continuous improvement. In addition, they promote recruitment as a profession, and show that we are committed to improving standards within our sector."
