Five-fold customer increase in 2015 for Volcanic

Volcanic has reported on its progress over the past year.  

 

In the past 12 months, Volcanic has opened offices in London, Liverpool and Doncaster. In November, an office was opened in Kuala Lumpur.

 

Volcanic say that its team has expanded from 12 to 30 staff in the past year. It has seen a five-fold increase in live customer numbers and expects this to increase three-fold in the next 12 months.

 

In the last year, the company has launched three new products (Updated Recruitment Platform, Jobboard System and Intranet System) and has also entered into several partnership programmes.

 

Over the last year Volcanic has had three incidents of downtime with a total system unavailable time of 2 hours 24 minutes (144 minutes during system changes). This gives a system 99.97% availability (the same as Microsoft provided over the whole of 2015 for their cloud based 365 service).

 

In the last year, Volcanic has also achieved Investors In People status.
