G3 Comms partners with Ingenio for recruitment drive

G3 Comms, the global communications systems integrator, has announced a new partnership with technology recruitment specialists, Ingenio, who have been retained to support the company’s recent rapid expansion and longer-term growth plans. 

 

Ingenio will deliver a managed service which includes the outsourcing of all recruitment, a dedicated team onsite at G3’s London head office, a number of HR activities alongside a 360 degree feedback and evaluation tool. Ingenio has already started working on briefs for six new roles across network operations, project management and sales.

 

Ingenio’s appointment follows a 30% year-on-year sales increase recorded by G3 and its independent business unit, Genius Networks, which offers global converged network solutions across the combined infrastructure of the world’s top carriers. The appointment will also enable G3 to resource its planned three-year growth strategy with the right professional talent at the right time.
