He will take to the podium for 15 minutes and then be interviewed by conference chair Kevin Green, CEO of the Recruitment Employment Confederation UK, discussing motivational and leadership tips along with the emotional intelligence needed when dealing with players and how the strategies he uses can be transferred to the business world, according to the NRF.
The line up is completed with Dave Hazlehurst, who will inform the delegates of what lies in the future for digital technology and the growth in mobile recruitment. President of NRF, Barbara McGrath will explore facts and figures of industry performance both at home and around the globe and will also look at the trends seen over the past year. President of CIETT, AnneMarie Muntz, will look at the future of work and how the HR services industry is leading in a changing world of work while James Osborne of INNERGY will show “How to grow your Recruitment Business”.
