13 recruitment agencies have placed in the medium and small category 2016 lists of Great Place to Work Best Workplaces.
Goodman Masson is the highest listed recruitment agency in the medium category, ranked at 3, while in the small category Futureheads Recruitment topped the recruitment agencies, also at number 3.

The lists are based on the Best Workplaces Trust Index employee survey and Culture Audit.
The Trust Index employee survey is used as an engagement tool by over 6,000 organisations, representing 11 million employees, each year.
The Culture Audit involves auditing the HR and management policies that create the conditions that drive engagement. The audit assesses what is different or unusual about companies and how that compares to other businesses.
