Energize Recruitment Solutions appoints learning and development manager
Energize Recruitment Solutions has appointed Clair Staines as learning and development manager.
Formerly of agencies SThree and JAM Recruitment, Staines has almost 20 years of industry experience. During her career, Energize says that she has curated and delivered global training programmes in both leadership and sales, and has supported the growth of numerous award-winning recruitment consultants.
Staines has also developed apprenticeship courses recognised by her local MP Mike Kane, and, as an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, possesses a Certificate in Learning and Development Practice. She is currently working to obtain her Certificate in Human Resources Management.
In her new role, Energize states that she will be tasked with mentoring and coaching employees, identifying new training needs, and developing and enhancing the existing learning and development strategy at Energize.
