Grant Thornton appoints two partners of Business Support Services Industry Group
Grant Thornton UK LLP has appointed Keely Woodley and Usman Malik as partners of its Business Support Services Industry Group.
Woodley joined Grant Thornton in May 2005 after five years in private equity and has progressed through the firm, being appointed director in 2014. Grant Thornton says she specialises in business support services, specifically the recruitment sector and has expanded her footprint into training, education and consultancy businesses. Woodley is the head of the national recruitment sector team and is responsible for initiating and leading transactions for clients, including buy side, sell side and refinancing solutions.
Malik has been with the firm for over fourteen years and is the head of the national facilities management sector team. He specialises in buy and sell side transactions with a particular focus on the business services sector and sub sectors of hard & soft facilities management, legal services and membership companies. Grant Thornton states that Malik has vast experience advising a wide range of companies including PLCs, privately owned businesses and private equity firms.
