Green Lantern partners with Perkbox
Green Lantern Group has partnered with Perkbox to launch an incentives, wellness, rewards and engagement programme for its 1,000 contractors.
As part of its continuing commitment to enhance the wellbeing of its contractors, Green Lantern says it will now provide its employees with free and exclusive access to over a hundred practical and recreational benefits and perks. New benefits now available to the team at Green Lantern via Perkbox include up to 6% off at 20,000 retail stores and 50 nationwide brands including Tesco, Amazon and Marks and Spencer, money off in pubs, bars and coffee shops, heavily discounted theatre tickets and attraction day passes, corporate rates in top gym chains, half price MOTs, amongst hundreds of other benefits.
Perkbox states that fresh perks will be added to the platform regularly and all employees will be able to simply redeem these via their own dedicated account using its online platform and smartphone app.
As well as easy online and on-the-go redemption using the latest technology, Green Lantern staff will also have access to an employee engagement platform that is designed to enhance financial, emotional and physical wellbeing. This includes online classes in yoga, healthy cooking and meditation, as well as financial help and advice.
Lynsey Culley, sales director at Green Lantern, commented, “Following the changes in employment law recently introduced by the government and with a view to providing our contractors with something above and beyond our usual service, we decided that now was a perfect time to partner with Perkbox. The wide range of benefits on the platform means that there is something for everyone and allow us to ensure that all of our employees reap the rewards that Perkbox offers.”
