RDLC looking for potential new members
The Recruitment Directors Lunch Club (RDLC) is looking for new potential members to join the club.
The club was started two years ago and now has 60 business leaders as members, who are referred to as Pirates.
It states that it now leverages around £1bn worth of buying power and meets regularly for both lunch and breakfast, over which are debated the hottest sector subjects with industry experts who continues the conversation in real-time, all-day/everyday through a secure online community network.
The RDLC delivers Board, CEO and senior management training programs, along with Keynote speakers and senior leader workshops. It even had its own internal awards function, both a Summer and Christmas party, a couple of away days and a drinks evening after every event, all discussed and decided upon by its members.
When discussing measuring value, the RDLC said, “On average our members out-perform the market at least three fold since joining. In terms of on-going interest? We had to freeze the membership in November 2015 to allow us to take on and embed new internal staff to increase capacity.”
It says that it is looking for new members with the same level of love and passion for the industry that they have. New members, who want to improve, grow and be better every day, just like they do.
