South Wales job firm nominated as finalist in Contact Centre Supplier Awards
South Wales jobs firm, Clear Sky Recruitment, has been nominated as a finalist in the 2016 Contact Centre Supplier Awards.
The company has been short listed in the Best Recruiter and People Solutions category.
Organised by the Welsh and South West Contact Centre Forums, the CCS Awards will offer recognition and reward for the vital contribution suppliers make in ensuring the growth of the contact centre industry and improving performance.
The awards are split across eight categories, spanning a range of supplier roles from recruitment agencies to technology providers.
The awards recognise and reward players in the industry for the important contribution that businesses make to the UK contact centre industry.
Ross Porter, managing director of Clear Sky Recruitment, said, “It’s safe to say we are bursting with pride at the nomination for the covered award. With there being more than 600 contact centres across Wales and the South West of England and heaps of recruitment companies supporting them, we are delighted to have been nominated as finalists in this year’s Contact Centre Supplier Awards.
“It’s brilliant that we have been recognised as being one of the market leading contact centre recruitment specialists in the area.
“During my many years in the recruitment sector, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the leading names in the contact centre world and I hope that this will now help raise our profile even further and allow us more opportunities to increase our contact centre client base.
“This is a fantastic boost to our team morale here as we continue to strive to be the very best contact centre recruitment company on the market.”
Sandra Busby, managing director of the Welsh Contact Centre Forum, commented, “Picking the finalists has not been an easy task. The extremely high quality of the entries we received reflects the passion that suppliers in Wales and the South West have for the contact centre industry. The work of suppliers helps drive everything from bespoke training to the technological advances that help us connect with our customers better than ever before. We’re very excited to have this opportunity, for the first time, to formally recognise that contribution."
Winners will be named at a lunchtime ceremony at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport, on Friday, 6th May, hosted by former bmibaby managing director, David Bryon.
The event will be attended by the boards of the Wales & South West Contact Centre Forums, making it a key opportunity to showcase the best vendors have to offer to industry decision-makers. Winners will also be showcased at a forthcoming Quarterly Forum event in Wales & South West.
