Arrows Group Global and ICG Medical’s combined sales pass £100m mark
Founders of Arrows Group Global and ICG Medical, James Parsons and Adrian Treacy, have celebrated the companies’ combined sales passing the £100m mark in 2016.
The digital and healthcare businesses have grown organically since the original two founders set up the businesses in 2003, now employing over 300 staff across multiple offices around the world.
Parsons commented, “This is a huge milestone for us and all of our staff and one that we are very proud of. Both Arrows Group Global and ICG Medical have grown into dominating forces within their chosen, niche sectors and we have adapted and innovated to deliver a wide range of services to our customers and grow with them as a result.”
Treacy added, “We believe our journey has really only just started as a business. Through a combination of foresight and the luck any startup needs, we have been able to build two very successful businesses over the past 13 years. It hasn’t been plain sailing as we coped with the fragility of the European and global economies at times. But thanks to a continued focus on values and employee empowerment, these have proved to be the cornerstones of our DNA that we believe will enable both businesses to become £100m businesses in their own right.”
