Liquid Personnel promote four to associate director positions
Liquid Personnel has promoted four senior staff members to associate director positions.
David Cahill, Debra Watson, Mark Bladen and Michael McEvoy have been promoted from their previous positions as regional and sector managers with the Manchester-based recruitment consultancy.
Liquid is experiencing a period of growth, with turnover up 47% to £52,847,349 for the financial year ending in March 2015, and staff headcount increasing from 90 to 135 in the past year.
Cahill, Bladen and McEvoy all started their recruitment careers as trainee consultants with the company, progressing via the ‘Liquid Academy’ training programme and management training programme.
Liquid says that Watson was brought in to initiate and grow a new division specialising in the provision of contract Allied Health Professionals, and strengthen the management of the existing permanent Healthcare team.
All four will now take on expanded sales remits as Liquid looks to maintain its upward trajectory.
Liquid Personnel’s sales director, Alison Humphries, commented, “We are delighted to announce these appointments, which are great examples of the potential for individuals to grow and develop at Liquid. This is key to staff satisfaction and retention, and leads to the best possible relationships with clients and candidates alike.
“All have achieved results to be proud of and we are excited to see how we can continue to offer exciting opportunities to all our staff.”
