Foster + Partners shortlisted for prestigious award
Foster + Partners has been shortlisted for a trio of accolades at the HR Excellence Awards 2016. The company says its success comes after partnering with RPO Hinton Spencer, part of Opus Professional Services Group.
The firm has been shortlisted for Best Global HR Strategy, Most Effective Recruitment Strategy and Best Learning and Development Strategy.
Hinton Spencer are an international recruitment consultancy and began their long-term partnership with F+P in late 2014. Foster + Partners says Hinton Spencer has helped reduce the ‘time-to-hire’ process by 31% and Preferred Supplier List (PSL) from 127 to 18 agencies.
