Roc Search launches New York city break charity prize draw

To celebrate the opening of its New York City office later this year, Roc Search has launched a charity prize draw, continuing its support for the Berkshire-based children’s charity, Daisy Dream.

The prize is a city break for two people to New York, including a three-night hotel stay and return flights. The winner will be announced via a live draw, which will be taking place on Friday 12th August at #ROCFEST2016, the festival style Roc Search Summer Party for employees based in their UK and German operations.

Tickets are being sold internationally by Roc Search Consultants in the UK (Reading, London and Truro), Germany (Frankfurt) and the US (Austin, Texas). Costing just £5 each, (€6 in Germany, $7 in the US) tickets can also be bought online by making a donation via the Prize Draw Just Giving page.

Conor Roughneen, Roc Search MD, said, “We are really excited to continue our support for Daisy’s Dream in 2016 in the run up to the launch of Roc Search, New York. We’ve already had a lot of interest in tickets from our employees and their friends and family and I’ve no doubt our customers and competitors will want to get involved as there is such a fantastic prize up for grabs!

“Our New York office opening is a pivotal moment in Roc Search’s growth strategy, as we continue our expansion within the UK, Germany and the US. As specialists within the tech industry, the US is a really exciting market for us. We are already well established and ideally placed downtown, in the heart of Austin’s burgeoning tech industry which today rivals Silicon Valley. Roc Search Austin relocated to a new larger premises last month, enabling us to grow the team there. The establishment of our East coast operation will be the obvious next step to complement this and increase our US headcount for the remainder of the year and into 2017.”
