Sensée strengthens leadership team with two appointments
Sensée has announced the appointment of Andrew Rosser as head of change management, and Steve Tongue as head of recruitment.
Previously business change partner at AXA Insurance, Rosser will be responsible for developing and executing change management programmes across Sensée operations. He brings more than ten years’ experience in leading large change management programmes for companies including Aviva Insurance, Norwich Union and Virgin Money.
Tongue, formerly senior resource partner at Project People, will now oversee Sensée’s recruitment process and policies. He has more than eight years’ experience in senior recruitment and resourcing positions for businesses including Honeywell, Cable & Wireless and Alexander Mann Solutions.
Rosser said, “Our industry is highly competitive and to maintain our position as the leading provider of homeworkers we need to constantly challenge ourselves.
“I’m looking forward to engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure we remain relevant and in tune with what businesses want.”
Tongue commented, “Homeworking is now very much a reality, and it’s a great way for businesses to keep costs down. However you need the right people in the right roles, and my focus will be to ensure that we have the most talented individuals working for our clients.”
In addition to both appointments, Zoe Stewart, Sensée’s current human resources manager, has been promoted to head of human resources.
Steve Mosser, CEO of Sensée, added, “Both Andrew and Steve join at an exciting time for the company. Demand for our services, combined with intense competition, means we always need to be looking for new ways to improve our offering and give customers what they want – the most talented staff available. I look forward to working closely with Andrew and Steve over the coming years as we reach new milestones.”
