TempBuddy appoints two customer success managers
TempBuddy has appointed two customer success managers to manage the company’s service delivery and project management for its expanding client base.
Joining the company are Paula McDonnell and Marcus Becker, both based in its Dublin head office. McDonnell joins from Zetes where she was key account manager. Previously she was at IBM where she gained a wealth of technical support expertise. Her main focus at TempBuddy will be on helping staffing companies fill bookings faster, increasing its revenue and the experience offered to its clients and workers. Becker undertook a business analyst role for Symantec prior to joining TempBuddy. He will take ownership for project implementation, working together with McDonnell to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
