Venturi appoints managing director
Venturi has appointed James Doyle as its managing director.
Doyle replaces Brad Lamb who the company say will remain an integral part of Venturi, but will take a more advisory position as chairman on the board of directors.
Doyle has ten years of experience in the recruitment industry, seven of those spent in Venturi as its sales director.
Doyle commented, “The last seven years have been phenomenal and a huge thank you to Brad Lamb. Our approach has been incredibly well received from the marketplace and our team. I am proud to be at the helm of this wonderful organisation for the foreseeable future and although we have achieved so much we feel that we are just at the beginning of what is possible.
“We plan to compete at the highest level across the UK and international markets with aggressive growth targets in place. We hope to do this while retaining the culture we hold so dear and never to compromise on the quality of everything we do. These are exciting times in the recruitment industry, where quality operations will really stand out and with the team we have in place we are well positioned to capitalise on this.”
The company says Doyle’s focus will lie predominantly around strengthening the existing UK contract and permanent divisions and building the Venturi brand in the international markets. The company’s German division has been operating for a year and says it have become synonymous in the market for a quality service proposition. Doyle hopes to replicate this with the opening of their American offering later on in the year.
