Zubiller will report to AMN chief executive and president, Susan Salka, and joins the executive team to shape and drive the company strategy for innovation, growth, profitability and market leadership.
He will be actively involved in further evolving the AMN Healthcare enterprise strategy across all business units and corporate functions.
Working in both strategy and operating leadership roles at McKesson Corporation since 2005, Zubiller has held positions including vice president and general manager, Growth Portfolio, and vice president of strategic growth and corporate development for McKesson Health Solutions; vice president and general manager for its decision management business; and vice president and general manager for its advanced diagnostics management business.
"I'm thrilled that Matt will be working with our leadership team to refine and operationalize our corporate strategy and to lead the strategic planning process across each division," said Salka. "His experience and expertise will be invaluable as AMN continues to expand our workforce solutions to clients and further differentiate our position in the marketplace."
Zubiller said, "AMN Healthcare is a dynamic company with a customer-focused and values-based culture; it's well-respected in the healthcare industry and the investment community. I am excited to join this very talented team focused on delivering the best talent and insights to healthcare organizations and on giving healthcare professionals opportunities to provide quality patient care."
