Brookson acquires Boomerang Funding
Brookson has acquired Boomerang Funding, the first of a number of acquisitions the company are looking at. The company states the move will allow the business to broaden its range of services provided to clients while maintaining its position at the forefront of the sector.
Based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, Boomerang Funding is a provider of funding solutions to the temporary recruitment market and will become part of Brookson’s outsourcing division.
Martin Hesketh, Brookson Group managing director, commented, “I am really pleased to be announcing this acquisition for Brookson. Boomerang Funding offers an important service to recruiters which will complement our outsourcing services well.”
Boomerang Funding director, Paul Dewick, said, “Having worked with Brookson in the past, there is a lot that I admire in the way that the business is run in terms of their processes, use of technology and ambitions and I’m delighted to become part of their highly experienced team. This is an exciting time for Boomerang Funding and I am really looking forward to the next phase with Brookson.”
Andrew Fahey, Brookson Outsourcing managing director, added, “The first channel that we are looking to develop for Brookson SME is start up recruitment businesses and Boomerang Funding provides access to that market and will broaden the service offering that Brookson provides.
