Nine of Liquid Personnel’s senior-ranked staff achieve Certificate in Recruitment Practice
Nine of Liquid Personnel’s senior-ranked staff have passed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice. This is the first cohort Liquid has submitted for the qualification since becoming an REC-accredited training provider.
Staff ranging from principal consultant to associate director at the Manchester-based recruitment consultancy sat examinations for the REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice in May.
Of the 6,000 companies with REC membership, only 16 are accredited trainee centres and only three – including Liquid – hold both this qualification and ‘REC Audited’ status.
Liquid Personnel’s managing director and REC chief examiner, Alison Humphries, said, “We’re absolutely thrilled to have achieved a 100 percent pass rate the first time we’ve put consultants forward for this qualification. They should all be extremely proud of how they have done – they were eager to learn and took advantage of our innovative learning and development programme to do so.
