Passive Candidates: Some facts and findings
Armstrong Appointments recently came out with an infographic that shares some interesting facts and figures about passive candidates – a breed that is fast emerging as the apple of a recruiter’s eye.
According to it, the top five motivating factors for passive candidates when it comes to new job opportunities are better compensation and benefits, improved work/life balance, more opportunities for advancement, more challenging work, and better suitability for skill set.
Candidates are also more likely to be open to changing their job when they have been with a company for two to three years.
