Salary and security important to UK employees, finds Randstad employer branding report

Randstad has released its employer branding reports for 2016, part of the Randstad Award 2016.


There are 25 countries reported on, which cover 75% of the global economy.  Key stats include:


There are 10% lower payroll costs for companies with a strong employer brand


This is a 28% lower staff turnover at companies with a strong employer brand


84% would leave their current job to work for a company with a better corporate reputation 


Indexed cost-per-hire is 46% lower at companies with good/strong branding


In the UK, 57% point to salary as being important when looking for an employer, 52% seek long term job security and 51% look for a pleasant working environment.
