HCL awarded a place on NHSCPP National Clinical Staffing Framework
HCL has been awarded a place on the new NHSCPP National Clinical Staffing Framework; HCL Workforce Solutions for Lot 1 and 2 and HCL Managed Services for Lot 3. The framework agreement was established with several operators who are capable of sourcing and managing the supply of a wide range of high quality temporary and agency workers.
Lots 1 and 2 offer NHS Trusts the option to engage a supplier as either:
- An Employment Business: Sourcing, introducing and supplying clinical staff for hire on assignments with participating authorities at all times in accordance with price caps for agency staff; or
- An Employment Agency: Sourcing, introducing and supplying clinical staff for fixed term or permanently.
Lot 3 offers NHS Trusts that wish to establish a Neutral supply chain management service delivery model across all clinical staff the option to engage a supplier as a Neutral Vendor Service provider; sourcing, introducing and supplying clinical staff for hire on assignments with participating authorities from participating authority approved sub-contractors in line with the price caps for agency staff.
HCL passed an independent audit of the organisation’s services and met all criteria, providing further assurance that the staff are aware of statutory obligations, execute clients’ requests correctly, observe best practice and adhere strictly to procedures.
Claire Billenness, HCL managing director, said, “We are delighted to have been awarded a place on the National Clinical Staffing Framework. We understand the challenges being faced by the NHS and are keen to help the NHS to provide quality patient care.”
