Paycircle launches free workplace pension platform for staffing agencies
Paycircle has released its cloud-based, fully automated and free auto-enrolment platform for workplace pensions for temp/staffing agencies, Paycircle Easy Enrol.
Paycircle says its platform is like no other agency workplace pension solution currently on the market: anyone, not just trained staff or payroll specialists, can use it and agencies can effortlessly import data from any timesheet management or booking system in the blink of an eye via a powerful and easy-to-use dashboard.
The Paycircle engine then automates the monthly pension assessment process, identifying temps who qualify, tracking opt-ins and opt-outs and, if allowed, enabling payment holidays with the pension provider — while monitoring all relevant costs in real time. It also issues automatic updates to temps about their current pension eligibility and any status changes.
As a fully automated auto-enrolment platform, Paycircle Easy Enrol plugs temp workers’ pensions straight into the Government-backed NEST workplace pension scheme via NEST’S dedicated API. No effort, no fuss and no advice costs for agencies: they can relax in the knowledge their workers are investing in a fully diversified and appropriately structured pension fund.
Crucially, the auto-enrolment element of Paycircle Easy Enrol is 100% free. Agencies simply pay £1 per temp per month for the underlying payroll service. For larger agencies, however, Paycircle is happy to discuss bespoke fee packages.
Paycircle says it has built the platform to make everything about the new workplace pension crystal clear not just for agencies but for temps, too. In their own personal portal, workers can access their latest pay, tax and pension info any time, from any device. Where applicable, they can see that same data from multiple agencies, too.
In their portal, they can easily manage their workplace pensions across multiple employers – opting-in, opting-out, or choosing to take payment holidays. Importantly, they can view their pay history and access all relevant documents — from payslips and P45s to P60s — any time they like.
