IT Works Recruitment Inc. has won Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2016 Best Places To Work award.
Each year, Atlanta Business Chronicle in partnership with Omaha, Neb.- based Quantum Workplace surveys the metro area’s employers to find those that have discovered how to become one of Atlanta’s Best Places To Work. The Chronicle asked readers to nominate workplaces in metro Atlanta. Employees at participating companies and organisations were surveyed by Quantum answering very detailed questions about their workplaces that Quantum then scored.
According to Quantum Workplace, top-performing organisations know that employee engagement drives business outcomes. Engaged employees are more productive, more profitable, more customer-focused, and more likely to stay. According to Quantum, the top drivers are: Leaders value people as their most important resource; Leaders are trusted to set the right course; Leaders are committed to making it a great place to work.
