Key Recruitment and Training enters RI’s Supplier Awards 2017
Key Recruitment and Training, a national provider, has, over the last four years, recruited and placed over 4,000 unemployed young people in a permanent job and then delivered an office based Apprenticeship to them. Upon completing their apprenticeship, 85% of these apprentices remain in sustainable employment.
One of our key sectors is the recruitment market where, in the same period, we have placed and trained nearly 500 young apprentices in over 300 recruitment companies.
Their apprenticeship is either in Level 2 Business Admin to help support compliance teams, Level 2 Recruitment Resourcing as a stepping stone to tomorrow’s recruiters or Level 3 Recruitment.
In addition, further qualifications are delivered to existing recruitment members of staff including customer service, sales, IT, team leading and management.
We provide a valued resource to the recruitment industry and are pleased to submit ourselves for consideration in the Recruitment International Supplier Awards for Best Recruitment Training Company.
