“Working in partnership with key clients, in long term contractual relationships, we are delivering innovative and robust recruitment services throughout the region and nationally.
“The NRG RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solution has continued to grow and has been enhanced this year with investment in new technology as well as people. This will further strengthen our position in this market where we are already recognised as a market leading provider.”
Chair, Lorna Moran, added, “The recruitment market has changed radically over our 40 years in business but what hasn’t changed is the overriding requirement that clients have for a quality service backed by robust selection procedures.
“The diversity of NRG recruitment services enables us to flex solutions to meet the changing landscape of our clients businesses. We have experienced, focussed teams meeting client demand from Executive Board appointments to temporary agency workers and Project Interims.
