PayStream achieves third Customer Service Excellence Award

PayStream has again passed its Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award.


The CSE Award is a government recognised accreditation and is a well-respected stamp of approval for businesses. It tests businesses in areas that research has indicated are a priority for customers. These areas include; timeliness, delivery, information, professionalism and staff attitude and provides recognition in areas of continuous development within customer service. The CSE Award certifies that service providers such as PayStream place great emphasis on developing customer insight, understanding the users experience and ensuring that there is a robust measurement of service satisfaction.


The CSE assessment requires a 57 point criteria that must be met and fully evidenced in order to achieve the award. After meticulous testing, PayStream fully met every single point of the criteria. Furthermore, having achieved compliance across the board, PayStream also attained an additional “compliance plus” award in addition to maintaining the 3 it achieved the previous year!


For a third time in a row, the CSE assessor remarked on how incredibly impressed they were with the customers they interviewed and the staff members they met at PayStream. The assessor noted within the report that “As a genuine customer centric organisation, I have found PayStream to go to enormous lengths to get to know their customers’ needs and as a result provide bespoke and appropriate professional support’. The staff that I have met over the years appear passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything that they do”.
